EULA - End User License Agreement

Scrippy Shareware License Agreement:

Scrippy is owned by Amthor Technologies Inc. ('Amthor'), and is protected by international copyright laws. You must treat the software and its associated documentation like any other copyrighted material.

You may freely use Scrippy for 30 days from the date of installation. After this evaluation period you may no longer use Scrippy without registering it.

You may not alter this software in any way, nor reverse engineer it, including disassembling or decompiling.

Scrippy may not be distributed as part of or for use with any commercial product without express written permission from Amthor.

You may freely distribute the Scrippy installation file provided that: it is not altered in any way; no fee is charged for the distribution; the distribution is not part of any package for which a fee is charged.

Scrippy is supplied 'as-is'. Amthor disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. Amthor assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of Scrippy.
